Please include a $40 application fee per applicant and a copy of your drivers license. Everyone 18 yrs of age and older has to fill out an application and we require Cosigners. Cosigners need to include a copy of their drivers license.

The tenant waiver is for a new tenant moving in and taking a spot of a tenant moving out during lease period. Applicant must be approved prior to move in. Applicants need a cosigner and include the $40 application fee.

We do not allow cats. The pet must have pet insurance. There is a non refundable pet fee per pet. There is a $500.00 pet fine for unauthorized pets on the property, all pets must have a pet agreement and a pet fee. The fine is not applied to the pet fee. Each pet will have pet rent.

Please include this with the lease. Each person needs to fill out there own form.

We only send out 1 return deposit after the final water bill is paid. We need to have written notice who to send the check to. Tenants are to be completely moved out and the house cleaned prior to 3pm the last day of their lease period. Tenants are responsible for setting up a final inspection if they choose to.
